At TAFE, excellence is a continuous endeavor which defines our lives at work and beyond. Each of us are committed to doing our best in our specific roles so that the result, the sum of all our efforts is much greater and takes us closer to our quest of ‘Cultivating the World’.
As part of TQM’s eCIMP intiative, Cost Saving 3M Awards for 2014-15 were presented to contributors whose ideas have benefited TAFE. Recently, Mr. N. Seshasayee of Finance (Excise), who has been with TAFE for 22 years was presented the 3M Cost Saving Award for his contribution in “Cost Saving in Excise Duty on hydraulic pump supply from TAL to TAFE”. His remarkable suggestion has resulted in an enormous recurring saving to the company.
We congratulate him on this immense accomplishment and wishing him more success in all future endeavors.
