Our theme for eCIMP in October 2012 was ‘Cost Saving’, wherein central TQM encouraged TAFE employees to participate in eCIMP by generating 3M, suggestions, QCC and CFT on “Cost Saving”. The month saw a lot of participation from employees, and the first ten who registered their suggestion or 3M were rewarded on November 16th.
